Please Read Before Using the Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 87bd1 ("87bd1", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using any part of the 87bd1 website, mobile interface, or any associated service, you agree unconditionally to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the 87bd1 platform and close any account you have registered. Your continued use of the platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

To register an account and use the 87bd1 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Single Account: Each individual player is permitted to hold one account only. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or affiliate of 87bd1 or any of its partner companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

87bd1 does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply its own transaction charges — these are not within 87bd1's control and are your responsibility to verify before initiating a transfer.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit under standard account conditions, though enhanced verification may be required for large withdrawals.

• Processing Time: The average withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.
• Verification Requirement: Before processing any withdrawal, 87bd1 may require you to submit identity verification documents including a national ID card, passport, or driving licence, and proof of the payment method used.
• Wagering Requirement: Funds credited as bonus amounts must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. Real-money deposits may be withdrawn at any time subject to identity verification.
• Pending Bets: Withdrawals may be processed with active open bets on your account. However, the amount reserved for open bets will remain in your betting wallet until those bets are settled.
• Withdrawal Reversal: 87bd1 reserves the right to reverse and return a withdrawal to your player account balance in cases of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or account verification failure.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement, which will be stated in the individual promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements apply to the total of the deposit amount plus the bonus amount.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the 87bd1 platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. The eligible game list and contribution percentages will be specified in each promotion's terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Bonuses not utilised within the stated period will be removed from the account automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one active bonus may be held at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses is considered bonus abuse.
• Bonus Abuse: 87bd1 uses automated and manual monitoring systems to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including matched betting, arbitrage strategies applied to bonus funds, and coordinated multi-account bonus claiming. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonus balances voided and may be permanently suspended.
• Promotional Amendments: 87bd1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already activated prior to the amendment date.

• Live Betting: In-play betting markets are subject to suspension at any time during an event. Bets placed during a suspension will be void. 87bd1 uses automated systems to manage live odds; delays between real-world events and odds updates are inherent to live betting.
• Settlement: Bets will be settled in accordance with official results as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, FIFA, etc.). 87bd1 will not be held responsible for errors in third-party data feeds prior to official result declaration.
• Void Bets: Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, abandonment, postponement beyond 24 hours, or where insufficient overs are bowled in a cricket match to constitute a valid result under the applicable competition rules.

On closure of an account — whether voluntary or enforced — any verified real-money balance remaining after the resolution of pending bets will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to identity verification being completed to 87bd1's satisfaction. Bonus balances are not returnable on account closure.

87bd1's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
